On May 19, 2012, at approximately 10:41 a.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle injury crash westbound I84 near milepost 205 in Minidoka County.

Charles McAdams, 79, of Carthage, MO was traveling westbound in a 1998 Jeep when for unknown reasons the vehicle left the road way and rolled into the median. McAdams was also towing a 1985 Toyota passenger car. McAdams was transported by ground ambulance to Minidoka Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Alcohol is not thought to be a factor in this crash and seat belts were worn.

This crash is still under investigation.
