On Saturday, November 16th, 2013 at approximately 4:23 pm, the Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover crash on I15 at milepost 72, near the Chubbuck Underpass. Franklin Runninghorse, 28, of Pocatello, was traveling northbound on I15 in a 2008 Mazda MZ6. Runninghorse lost control of the vehicle, went through the median and rolled where the vehicle came to rest on the southbound shoulder. Runninghorse and his passenger, Joey Runninghorse, 23, of Pocatello, were transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center.

Seatbelts were not worn by either Runninghorse. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
