Today at 3:00 p.m at the University of Idaho campus, Commons Building in the White Water room on the first floor Governor Otter and the Idaho State Police will be honoring University of Idaho employee Jeff Seegmiller for his lifesaving actions on December 28th, 2009 where Mr. Seegmiller performed emergency first aid on crash victim John Balka near Potlatch, Idaho, ultimately saving his life. Please join us for this occasion.
