INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Singh Uppal Was traveling eastbound on I90 at mile marker 49 near Kellogg when he failed to negotiate a curve. The truck rolled over the barrier into the westbound lane and came to rest on the driver side, blocking the westbound lanes. The lanes are still blocked at this time.
