INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Keeney was traveling SB on US95 at mile post 315 when he was passing two vehicles also traveling SB. Keeney lost control of his vehicle and struck the center concrete median barrier causing his vehicle to roll onto it's top. The vehicle came to rest in the SB right hand lane. The road was blocked for 2 hours. Keeney was cited.
