INCIDENT INFORMATION: The airplane lost power. Eller used the interstate to land coming to rest partially in the median on I90 eastbound at milepost 10.5. One lane of I90 was blocked for 2 hours. The airplane was moved to the median and will remain there until the daylight hours.
