On June 30, 2018 at 3:50 am an injury crash occurred at 11th St and Lakeshore Dr in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Fred J. Kudrna, 22, of Hayden, ID was southbound on 11th St at a high rate of speed and did not stop or slow for the intersection at Lakeshore Dr. Kudrna continued southbound into the residence at 1100 Lakeshore Dr. There was significant damage to the structure of the building. Kudrna was not wearing a seatbelt. He was transported to Kootenai Health. Alcohol is a factor in the crash. Investigation is continuing.
