On Monday, November 28, 2016, at approximately 6:00 A.M., Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle property damage crash on Interstate 86 at milepost 16, in Cassia County.
Justin Selander, 37, of Nampa, was driving eastbound on I86 in an International semi hauling one trailer. Selander's trailer started to slide and in an attempt to stop the sliding trailer, Selander overturned the vehicle. The semi slid through the median, coming to rest in the westbound lanes of traffic. Selander was wearing a seatbelt.
The westbound lanes of travel were blocked for approximately two hours.
