INCIDENT NARRATIVE: POLATIS WAS WESTBOUND I90 AT EXIT 2 WHEN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RAMP HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AND OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER WAS CITED FOR CARELESS DRIVING. THE ROAD WAS BLOCKED WITH DELAYS FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 HOURS.
