INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Brannan was Eastbound on US12 near milepost 35 when he drove off the right road edge. The vehicle came back onto the roadway and rolled onto its passenger side, coming to rest in the road blocking both lanes of travel. The roadway was closed for 2 hours and down to one lane of travel for an additional 4.5 hours. Investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
