INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Whitman was Westbound on Genesee Juliaetta Rd 1/2 mile before the US95 intersection when he left the roadway due to inattentive driving the semi and trailer rolled onto it's top. Whitman was trapped for a very short time until a passer by assisted him in getting out. Whitman was wearing his seatbelt and did not have any injuries.
