INCIDENT INFORMATION: Kozlov was Westbound on I90 at a speed too fast for conditions. He entered the curve at milepost 17 and lost control of the vehicle and tipped the truck and trailer onto its side blocking the right travel lane. The right travel lane is still blocked at this time.
