INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Hall was westbound on I90 when she lost control in the slush and struck the concrete median barrier. The crash knocked debris and a light pole in the eastbound lanes. The semi-truck was blocking the westbound lanes. Twitty had slowed for the crash and was rear ended by Gorecki. The roadway was blocked for 5 hours while the trucks and debris were being cleaned up. There was a minor diesel spill on scene from a ruptured fuel tank.
