On Sunday, July 14, 2013, at approximately 7:46 pm, Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle fatality crash in Twin Falls County, near the Magic Valley Speedway on 2800 East. A 2005 Dodge Crewcab pickup, was occupied by Emmanuel Alvarez, 26, of Twin Falls, and Valentino Maestas, 36, of Twin Falls. The pickup rolled and Maestas was ejected. He succumbed to his injuries on scene. Alvarez was transported by ground ambulance to St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls.

Next of Kin notifications have been made.

Neither party were using seatbelts.

The crash is still under investigation.
