On March 17, 2013, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle crash. Lindsay C. Guerrero, 29, of Pocatello, Idaho, was driving a 1994 Jeep Cherokee west on US30 near the I86 interchange, near Simplot in Pocatello, Idaho. Guerrero's vehicle struck a concrete barrier and rolled. Guerrero was transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, ID.

Guerrero was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The investigation is continuing.
