Single Vehicle Crash on Interstate 84 in Payette County

Idaho State Police are investigating a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 9:43 a.m., May 29, 2024, westbound Interstate 84 at milepost 14.8, in Payette County.

A 40-year-old male of Bend, Oregon, was driving westbound in a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. The vehicle went off the right shoulder and rolled.

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. The driver was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.

The lanes of travel were blocked for approximately two hours and 45 minutes.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
