On Thursday, September 3, 2015,at approximately 10:35 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle, injury crash on Interstate 84 near milepost 56, east of Boise.

Frederick Wagner, 77, of Ketchum, Idaho, was driving eastbound in a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban. The vehicle went off the left shoulder into the median where it rolled, and landed on its top.

Wagner was transported via ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. Wagner was wearing his seatbelt.

The left lane was blocked by emergency vehicles for approximately an hour and a half while crews worked to clear the scene.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
