Submitted – FY 2025 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) State Application and Required Documents

Idaho’s State FY 2025 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) application, 2025 Annual Report, and 2025 Death in Custody Reporting Act (DCRA) Implementation Plan are available for public view and comment until May 13, 2026. All are located on PGR’s website at https://isp.idaho.gov/pgr/grants/.

As the governor appointed State Administering Agency (SAA), Idaho State Police/Pass-Through Grants and Research (PGR) submitted the state JAG application and required documents, including the Annual Report and DCRA Implementation Plan to the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) on April 10, 2026. The Annual Report provides an update on program implementation efforts as detailed in the strategic plan submitted in 2024. The DCRA Implementation Plan addresses the changes to DCRA reporting implemented in 2025.
