MERIDIAN – The 18 year-old driver that crashed his vehicle into Ada County Sheriff's Deputy Mike Fratusco on Wednesday, August 13th on SH44 at Seneca Springs, east of Star will be cited for inattentive driving. Holden Falk of Emmett admitted to the ISP Trooper investigating the crash that he was reading a text message that he had just received on his phone when he crossed into the westbound lanes colliding with the Ada County Sheriff's Office patrol car being driven by Deputy Fratusco.
