On January 14,2012, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Trooper Nalder stopped a vehicle for exceeding the posted speed limit while traveling east on Interstate 86 near milepost 28, west of American Falls, ID. As a result of this stop, Trooper Nalder seized 4.3 pounds of marijuana. Justin W. Henry, 22, of Nampa, ID was charged with felony trafficking of marijuana, felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Henry was incarcerated at the Power County Jail.
