Alvis Davis, 22, of Boise, was westbound on I-84 in a 2003 Ford Ranger. Davis fell asleep, went off the roadway, and overcorrected. The vehicle rolled, and came to rest off the right shoulder of the Interstate.
Both Davis and his passenger, Trevor Sheehan, 20, also of Boise, were wearing seatbelts. Both were taken to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise – Davis by ground ambulance and Sheehan by air. The crash remains under investigation.
