Two Vehicle Fatality Crash Near Filer
TWIN FALLS COUNTY, Idaho – The Idaho State Police is investigating a fatality crash that occurred on May 15th, 2026, at 5:25 P.M. eastbound US30 at milepost 214, east of Filer.
A 39-year-old male from Twin falls, was riding westbound on US30 on a 2013 Harley-Davidson. A 49-year-old male from Twin Falls, was driving southbound on E 2600 N in a 2017 Nissan Frontier. The Nissan was attempting to cross US30 when the Harley-Davidson collided with the side of the pickup.
The rider of the Harley-Davidson was transported via ground ambulance to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Frontier was wearing a seatbelt and was not transported.
The driver of the Frontier was medically cleared by a local hospital and has been taken into custody.
The Idaho State Police was assisted by Twin Falls County Sheriff Office, Filer Fire Department, and Magic Valley Paramedics.
This crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police
