Two Vehicle Injury Crash in Boise County
BOISE COUNTY – Idaho State Police is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred on June 30, 2024, at approximately 1:00 p.m., on SH55 at milepost 82.5 in Boise County.
A 2007 Chevrolet Impala driven by a 62-year-old-male from Boise, was traveling south on SH55 where it drove left of center colliding with a 2007 Toyota Highlander head on driven by a 45-year-old female from Caldwell.
The driver of the Chevrolet Impala and his passenger, a 45-year-old-female also from Boise, were transported via air ambulance to a local hospital. The driver of the Toyota Highlander and her passenger were transported via ground ambulance to a local hospital.
The occupants of the Chevrolet Impala were not wearing their seat-belts, and the occupants of the Toyota Highlander were wearing seat-belts.
Northbound and southbound lanes were blocked for approximately three and a half hours to allow emergency personal to assist those on scene.
This incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
