Two Vehicle Injury Crash South of Marsing

OWYHEE COUNTY, Idaho – Idaho State Police is investigating an injury crash that occurred at 4:47pm on Saturday, February 22, 2025, on US95 at milepost 17, south of Marsing.

A 33-year-old from Marsing was travelling northbound on US95 in a 2014 Chevy Cruze. A 36-year-old male from Tijuana, Mexico was travelling southbound in a 2018 Kenworth Semi tractor pulling a 2013 Great Dane reefer trailer. The Chevy Cruze crossed over the center and struck the semi-truck.

The driver of the Chevy Cruze was transported via air ambulance to a local hospital. The driver of the semi-truck was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.

The lanes of US95 are expected to be blocked for an extended period.

This crash remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
