Shortly after 7:00 a.m. this morning, January 22, 2017, the Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover southbound on US93 at milepost 23, about three miles south of Hollister. Harpreet Dham, age 26 of Calgary, Alberta was driving southbound on US93 in a Freightliner Cascadia with a commercial trailer when he went off the right shoulder of the road, came back on, went into a broad slide, rolled over onto his side, and came to rest blocking both the northbound and southbound lanes of US93. Traffic was blocked for approximately 9 hours. Dham was not injured.

The crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.

The Idaho State Police is on scene of a commercial vehicle property damage crash on U.S. Highway 93 at milepost 23, south of Hollister.

Both north and southbound lanes are blocked due to emergency traffic. Please use caution in this area and expect delays. More information will be released once available.
