The Idaho State Police have located a possible owner of the barrel. This crash is sill under investigation by the Idaho State Police

On April 21,2014, at 5:42 am, the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle crash southbound I15 at milepost 55, south of Inkom. Jin Cai, 49, from North Logan, Ut, was traveling southbound in a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country Van when he struck a barrel that was in the road. The barrel containing Clean Strip Form Release was spilled onto both lanes of the interstate. ITD is currently on location cleaning up the spill.
Cai was wearing a seat belt. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
