On August 26, 2020, at approximately 5:13 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle fatality crash on SH52 near Spring Creek Rd., in Gem County.

Theresa Woodhall, 44, of Emmett, was traveling west on SH52, on a 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle, when her vehicle left the road. Woodhall was thrown from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries at the scene. She was not wearing a helmet.

Next of kin has been notified.

Idaho State Police are responding to a crash on SH52, at approximately milepost 38, near Black Canyon Dam in Gem Co. The road is currently blocked in both directions between milepost 36 and mile post 39.
