INCIDENT NARRATIVE: (***Update*** Next of kin has been notified.) Morales and Peterson were attempting to fix their stalled vehicle when it began to roll. Both men tried to hold the vehicle to stop it from rolling. Peterson was flung from the vehicle onto the roadway, while Morales was thrown over the embankment and was caught between the vehicle and some trees. He was pronounced deceased on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
