INCIDENT NARRATIVE: (***UPDATE*** Next of kin has been notified.) James was driving eastbound state highway 64 near milepost 24.8. He failed to negotiate a left turn and drove off the right shoulder. The vehicle rolled several times down a steep embankment. It ended up on its roof at the bottom of a valley. The exact crash time is unknown but happened sometime last night.
