INCIDENT NARRATIVE: ***Voss died from his injuries on Sept. 7th, 2011 at Kootenai Medical Center. ***

Voss was on Gold Creek Road when he lost control, slid off the right side of the road, hitting a sign post and a tree. The four wheeler came to rest in the roadway.
