INCIDENT NARRATIVE: The driver and second passenger of Saturdays crash on Grangeville Salmon Road have been identified. James McColloch was identified as the driver. Lelah Layman has been identified as the second passenger. McColloch, Dempsey, and Layman died at the scene of the crash. Next of kin has been notified. Investigation into crash is ongoing.
