INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

The motor cycle rider was traveling eastbound US12 at milepost 161.3 when the rider failed to negotiate a slight left hand curve. The rider drove off the right shoulder into gravel and struck a tree. The rider succumbed to the injuries at the scene. Next of Kin have been notified.
