The name of the driver is Shaquan D. Burns, 21, of Gastonia, NC.

On Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 9:45 p.m. the Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle rollover on Interstate 15 at milepost 26, near the Malad Summit.

A 2014 Hyundai Elantra was traveling northbound on Interstate 15 when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle went into the median and overturned. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.

The name of the driver is not being released at this time. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
