INCIDENT NARRATIVE: **** UPDATE **** Tobler succumbed to his injuries in the hospital on June 24th, 2014. Tobler was traveling eastbound on US12. He was unable to negotiate a left hand curve and hit the guard rail. He was air lifted to St Patrick's Hospital.
