***Correction on age of passenger Alicia Crume***

On September 12th, 2017, at approximately 6:48 PM, a gray Chevrolet pickup driven by Cord Wilson (26, Paul, ID), with passengers Tracy Schiedler (42, Portland, OR), one juvenile, and Alicia Crume (40, Kamiah, ID) was traveling north bound on Woodland Rd approximately eight miles from US12 when he lost control of the vehicle and went off the roadway. The vehicle traveled down an embankment approximately 150 feet. Wilson was transported by air ambulance to St Joseph Regional Medical center in Lewiston. Schielder succumbed to injuries from the crash and died at the scene. The juvenile was transported by ground ambulance to Clearwater Valley Hospital in Orofino. Crume refused medical transport. None of the occupants were wearing seat belts. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. Investigation continues.
