***Update***

On Saturday May 11, 2013, at approximately 5:50 pm, Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle rollover fatal crash westbound I84 at milepost 154, near Wendell. Sonya Alania, 18 of Gooding, was travelling westbound in a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier when her vehicle went off the right shoulder of the roadway and rolled. Alania was partially ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries on scene. Alania was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. All lanes of traffic are now open.

Next of kin has been notified.

At this time Idaho State Police is investgating a one-vehicle rollover fatal crash westbound I84 at milepost 154 near Wendell. The right lane is blocked in the vicinity of the crash as the investigation continues. Updates will follow as they are received.
