Update:

Subjects involved in the crash have been identified as Allen St Clair, 80 years old, of Kamiah Idaho and Carolyn Sinner, 68 years old, of Weiser Idaho. Notifications have been made to the family members.

The crash is under investigation at this time.

Update:

US 95 is no longer blocking and traffic is flowing in both directions. More information will be relayed as it becomes available.

Original Release:

At this time, the Idaho State Police is investigating to a two-vehicle fatality crash on US 95 in Payette County. The crash is at approximately milepost 69, near 17th Avenue, just outside of the Payette city limits. For unknown reasons, two vehicles collided head-on, killing both drivers instantly. Travel lanes are blocked in both directions at this time. More information will be relayed as it becomes available.
