All lanes northbound on I15 are open.

Idaho State Police is on scene northbound I15 at mile marker 68, south of Clark Street, with a semi-truck hauling equipment that had leaked a large amount of oil. The right lane is blocked at this time.

Motorists should expect delays and use cautions when traveling through the area.
