**Update**

The crashes are no longer blocking the interstate between Ten Mile Rd. and Garrity Blvd., however, winter weather conditions are still present in the valley and surrounding areas, and there have been other crashes, so motorists are advised to use caution if they must drive. No further information will be released.

At this time the Idaho State Police is on scene of multiple crashes on westbound Interstate 84 between milepost 42,Ten Mile road, and exit 38, Garrity Road. The left 2 lanes are currently blocked in these locations.
