**UPDATE No. 2** Fatal Crash on US95 in Fruitland

On Jan. 24, 2018 (afternoon – approx. 3 p.m.) a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on US-95 near milepost 64 in Fruitland when the vehicle suddenly veered off the roadway and onto the northbound sidewalk. The vehicle struck and killed two pedestrians. A suspect is in custody. ISP is investigating this incident as a homicide.
