INCIDENT NARRATIVE: ***Update**** Crane has been booked into the Latah County Jail for Felony DUI, leaving the scene of a crash, and failing to give immediate notice of a crash. The investigation continues.

Crane was driving southbound on SH-99 when he improperly negotiated a curve, crossing the center line and leaving the roadway. The log truck went down into the ditch and overturned onto the driver side. The roadway was blocked for approximately four hours. Alcohol is considered a factor. The investigation is continuing.
