Idaho State Police is responding to a single vehicle, non injury crash on State Highway 51 at milepost 17, near of Owyhee, NV. Both lanes of travel are completely blocked and there is fuel leaking from the tank of the semi. Motorists should avoid the area if at all possible. A full press release will be issued when the information becomes available.
