INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Update on incident regarding road rage Westbound on Interstate 90 near mile post 5 on November 6, 2014. Based on witness statements obtained from the earlier press release, a report has been forwarded to the prosecutor's office requesting charges of felony aggravated assault for both drivers. The original incident began when one vehicle was tailgating the other. The drivers became agitated and one vehicle rammed the other vehicle. They began to side swipe each other wile traveling Westbound on Interstate 90 during the morning commute. We appreciate the witnesses that came forward to assist in this investigation.
