Bullet holes were discovered in the Southbound Inkom Port of Entry Building on the morning of January 3, 2015. Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the person or persons who shot the building. The shooting is believed to have taken place late Friday night, January 2nd, or early Saturday morning, January 3rd. Fortunately, no workers were inside the building at the time of the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to call the Idaho State Police detectives at 237-1210 or the Bannock County Sheriff's Office detectives at 236-7111. This incident is being investigated jointly by the Idaho State Police and the Bannock County Sheriff's Office.
