Idaho State Police are investigating a vehicle collision that occurred at 3:58 PM, on March 19, 2023, at 11th Ave N and Elm Ln, in Canyon County. The intersection was blocked by emergency vehicles for approximately four hours and 15 minutes.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
