    Traffic is currently stopped and the highway is blocked on US95 between Winchester and Culdesac due to a Railroad trestle on fire over the highway. An alternate route (detour) is currently being established by the Idaho Transportation Department and the Idaho State Police on the old US95/old Winchester grade.
